Buea realtors have rallied together to seek avenues of expanding the prospects of real estate business in Cameroon. The occasion was a 2-day yearly conference coordinated by Nkemateh Boris, Founder/CEO of Property Trust Group, under the theme: “Unlocking the Potential of Real Estate Market in Cameroon” at Mountain Lodge, GRA, Buea October 25-26, 2024. The conference brought together real estate professionals and aspiring real estate enthusiasts, offering a unique blend of community service, education, professional development and networking opportunities.
The conference kicked off with a sports walk and a visit to an orphanage. The sports walk was a major health activity for real estate developers, and for participants to understand the impact they are creating. Meanwhile, the visit to the orphanage was for the realtors to show solidarity to the less privileged which demonstrated the realtors’ commitment to giving back to the community.
On the second day, participants engaged in insightful sessions on real estate, led by experienced facilitators. Featuring among the facilitators, the CEO of Property Trust Group, Nkemateh Boris, talked on sustainable development strategies in real estate. For her part, Ngwang Stephany gave an introduction to real estate, while George Babilla expounded on real estate development.
