MINPMEESA Delegate Urges   Bangem youths To Gear towards Entrepreneurship

A view of the delegate and the Youths

The divisional delegate for the Ministry of Small and Medium -sized Enterprises, Social Economy, and Handicraft (MINPMEESA), Marcel Herve Ngoupayou,ย ย  recently engaged with students at Brain Ladder Institute Bangem. During his visit on November 21, 2025, he underscored the core principles of entrepreneurship, describing it as the process of recognizing local challenges, applying creative thinking, and building sustainable businesses from innovative concepts.

Ngoupayou clarified that entrepreneurial ventures are not solely about creating large companies but also involve developing small, adaptable enterprises.

He stressed that beginning on a modest scale is a deliberate tactic for establishing a solid base for long-term growth. He urged the students to consider starting their business endeavors during their academic years, noting that early acquisition of business skills accelerates their path to becoming self-reliant adults.

To concretize this vision, the delegate announced plans to establish small business clubs within the school. These clubs are designed to offer guidance on recognizing feasible business opportunities, managing finances, enhancing the value of local products, and implementing successful promotional techniques. MINPMEESA has committed to supplying the necessary funds to help students kick-start meaningful projects.
