The Governor of the Littoral Region, Samuel Dieudonné IVAHA DIBOA, has resisted pressure from the Minister of Sports and Physical Education who had tried to intimidate him after his message banning the activities of illegal FECAVOLLEY in his command territory.

In a correspondence dated February 2, Professor Narcisse Mouelle Kombi tried to put pressure on the governor by evoking the election of Bello Bourdanne, with all the recognitions and approvals, without however presenting the proof of his legitimacy (PV).

However, Governor IVAHA DIBOA did not give in to the pressure and maintained his position, reaffirming his commitment to upholding the law in the Littoral region. This courageous attitude demonstrates its determination to defend the integrity and legality in the management of FECAVOLLEY.
